Calcium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose
Calcium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose is insoluble in water, but absorbs water and swells to several times it's bulk, without showing any viscosity. This property permits rapid disintegration, dispersion and dissolution in water of any compressed powder such as tablets, grains or granule form food.
